Development concept — interface and artwork are subject to change.

Your shift, your rhythm

A coffee rush you can read, plan, and master.

Every ticket is a tiny strategy puzzle. Keep machines working, choose the next best step, and build a smooth flow through the café.

01

Move with purpose

You control the barista. Queue a short path between the grinder, espresso machine, steam wand, finishing counter, and handoff—then adjust when the rush changes.

02

Craft every order

Build drinks step by step. Recipes stay readable while modifiers and overlapping orders create meaningful decisions.

03

Line up the win

Four staging spots turn the counter into your plan. Match each finished drink to its ticket and choose the perfect handoff moment.

Learn by doing

Never wonder what comes next.

Your first drinks come with a live, step-by-step guide that follows the recipe as you make it—not a wall of instructions you have to memorize.

  1. 1
    See the whole recipe

Know where the drink is going before the timer starts to matter.

  2. 2
    Follow the active step

The relevant station highlights while completed work stays visible.

  3. 3
    Choose your own support

Keep full guidance, switch to contextual hints, or minimize it as confidence grows.

Asking for help never costs time, score, or progress.

Fresh from the counter

A few more details.

Barista Bustle is in active design and early development. The experience shown here represents the current direction, not final gameplay.

What kind of game is Barista Bustle?

A fixed-view isometric time-management game where you directly control a barista, make coffee drinks, plan routes, and manage overlapping orders.

Will I need to play perfectly to continue the story?

No. A clear baseline goal advances the story. Stars and mastery goals are there for players who enjoy replaying a shift—not to block progress.

Is the game playable yet?

Not yet. The project is currently in development, and the images on this page are concept artwork used to shape the game.

Where can I follow development?

The public development repository contains the research and design foundation. More project updates and ways to follow are coming as production advances.
